摘要: Abstract The development of smart nanoparticles (NPs) became a trend to enhance the delivery drugs. In present work, Tobramycin (TB), an aminoglycoside antibiotic that displays several undesirable side effects, has been encapsulated into cationic Eudragit®E100 (E100) NPs for treatment infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Combination with neutral Eudragit®NE30D (NE30D) containing resveratrol (RSV), strong natural antioxidant, increased antimicrobial activity TB (75% higher than free TB). were stabilized 1.0% (w/v) poloxamer 188 (P188) or 407 (P407) as surfactants. E100 showed 83.3 ±8.5%, and 70.1 ±2.7 encapsulation efficiency (EE) P188 P407 coatings, respectively. presence was confirmed DLS TEM studies. controlled released from 6 hours. Hemotoxicity tests in range MIC values on human blood gave negative results. Analysis Surface Plasmon Resonance verified NE30D/P407/RSV does not interact plasma proteins BSA, IgG fibrinogen, besides E100/P188/TB findings are compatible negligible vivo clearance nanovehicles. obtained results show potential binary fluid composed two highly improve effectiveness conventional antibiotics.
