摘要: We investigated the correlation between in vitro susceptibility to fluconazole and clinical response severely ill patients with oropharyngeal candidiasis treated fluconazole. The study included 48 adult patients, of whom 23 were neutropenic (absolute neutrophil count, <500/mm 3 ). Forty-eight isolates (20 Candida albicans, 12 krusei, 10 kefyr, Torulopsis glabrata, tropicalis) tested for use macrodilution method National Committee Clinical Laboratory Standards. A strain was considered be susceptible if MIC <8 μg/mL resistant value <64 pg/mL. All but one strains C. krusei isolates. Species causative Candida, persistent neutropenia, significant predictors by univariate analysis. Logistic regression analysis indicated that only factor species isolates, validating recently recommended breakpoint outcome antifungal susceptibility.
