摘要: Iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles, in ferrofluids or as microspheres, offer maneuverability, biochemical surface functionalization, and relaxation under the influence of an alternating field. The use these properties for clinical applications requires understanding particles, forces, scalar transport at various length scales. This review explains behavior nano- microparticles during drug targeting fluid hyperthermia, microfluidic particles bioMEMS (biomedical microelectromechanical systems) devices ex vivo therapeutic diagnostic applications. Magnetic particle transport, momentum interaction with a host flow, thermal particle-infused tissue are characterized through governing electrodynamic, hydrodynamic, equations.
