摘要: AbstractWhile interactive learning and inter-organizational relations are the fundamental building blocks in regional innovation system (RIS) theory, framework is rarely related to investigations of knowledge network structures, because RIS literature relational structures interaction networks discussed a rather fuzzy generic manner, with “network term” often being used metaphorically.
