摘要: AbstractConclusion: The results showed a gradual detachment of otoconia in the utricle after single event head vibration, possibly explaining frequent recurrence BPPV attacks and persistent dizziness trauma.Objectives: This study developed murine model traumatic observed changes over time.Methods: Six-week-old CBA mice were used this study. Otoconia was induced by vibrating for 2 min. Utricles harvested from different groups: before vibration 1 day, 1 week, month, 3 months application.
