摘要: Abstract In order to investigate lattice distortions in CdTe crystal when smaller ZnTe 4 tetrahedra are added as impurities, we measured Zn Kα X-ray fluorescence holography (XFH) on Cd 0.96 0.04 Te mixed crystal, and obtained atomic images around the atoms a wide spatial range. The image intensity of first-neighbor anion is remarkably weak compared those distant atoms. Thus, this distorted only first nearest neighbor This result different from diluted magnetic semiconductors 1− x Mn Te, or Ga Sb whose continue intermediate range up five chemical bonds.
