摘要: Excessive Th1 cell function is importantly involved in the pathogenesis of Behcet's disease (BD). We previously found that Txk, a member Tec family tyrosine kinases, acts as specific transcription factor. To investigate immune aberration BD, we studied expression Txk and cytokines peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) skin lesions patients with BD. Cytokine production by was assessed using ELISA. PBL produced excessive associated including IFN-γ IL-12 spontaneously response to exogenous HSP60-derived peptide stimulation, which shown induce proliferation PBL, Circulating CD4+ T cells expressed protein. A majority infiltrating into BD specimens. IL-18 were also mononuclear aggregates. Lymphocytes accumulating lesion higher levels compared atopic dermatitis lesions, typical Th2 disease. IFN-γ, Il-12 detected may preferential development The aggregates contained expressing such lesions. Collectively, play critical role
