摘要: The reactor performance, granules characteristics and microbial population dynamics were investigated to assess the chronic responses of aerobic zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) 0, 5, 10 20mg/L for a period 180days. results showed that ZnO NPs stimulated COD removal, whereas caused inhibition both nitrification denitrification. However, biological phosphorus removal remained effective stable. Introduction sharply decreased respiration granules, while did not change settleability. Both content extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) ratio protein polysaccharides (PN/PS) rose significantly. MiSeq pyrosequencing was employed explore dynamics. Results demonstrated up reduced alpha-diversity bacterial communities. Finally, phylogenetic classification dominant functional species involved in nutrients identified effects from molecular level.
