摘要: Species composition and abundance of zooplankton were investigated around Dokdo in the East/Japan Sea autumn 1999 spring 2000. Vertical horizontal hauls a bongo net ( mesh size, 60cm diameter) made to collect sample. Surface temperature salinity ranged from , 32.9psu 33.2psu September 1999, respectively. In May 2000, surface temperatures at stations A1 A8, was 34.5psu both stations. Zooplankton community dominated by copepods which comprised 61% (September) 60% (May) total numerical abundance, The next dominant groups appendicularians (11%) chaetognaths (9%) other crustaceans (27%) (4%) 15.7% 23.2% juvenile stage copepodites. most Oncaea media (10.4%) Clausocalanus sp. (8.2%) preferred warm water September. contrast, cold-water such as Pseudocalanus minutus (9.4%) Metridia pacifica (8.0%) May. results cluster analysis based on Bray-Curtis index showed that classified into two represented different mass. average 2.1 times higher than May, species number them outnumbered 29 species. varied associated with characteristic waters affected marine ecosystem differently study area depending seasons.
