It emerged, as one observer has pointed out, between the ‘end of ideology’ discussions 1950s and early 1990s discussion history.’ writings contributed significantly to modernizing thought by arguing for a new, more skeptical, stripped-down version liberalism that brings real-life experiences closer together.
