摘要: 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA)-treated hairless mice exposed to UVB radiation were used examine the effect of graded levels vitamin B6 [1, 7 or 35 mg pyridoxine (PN) HCl/kg] on skin tumorigenesis for 18 wk. Compared 1 PN HCl/kg diet, diet significantly elevated incidence and multiplicity tumors, while there was no difference in between diets. Skin oxidative stress markers (lipid peroxides protein carbonyls) unaffected by dietary treatment. diets serum pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP) without affecting level PLP. The results suggest that supplemental exaggerates UVB-induced skin.
