摘要: Although exercise training is unequivocally of benefit relative to the risk cardiovascular disease, there a definable complications during training. In younger individuals, almost exclusively related presence congenital abnormalities, whereas in older (~40 years) individuals, the largely atherosclerotic disease. both groups, underlying pathology leading clinical presentation increased by higher intensity exercise. preexercise screening potential benefi t but not generally well done. Exercise prescription should favor lower early weeks an program. Subjective methods, which do rely on results test, including Rating Perceived Exertion and Talk Test, are be recommended because preliminary testing performed inconsistently. There inadequate data regarding spontaneous healthy individuals patients.
