A multi-modal exercise intervention that improves cognitive function and physical performance, elderly with mobility-related disability: a randomized controlled trial.

摘要: BACKGROUND Physical exercise interventions have showed improvement on cognitive performance and mobility of old people. However, the results regarding inclusion activities into were not evaluated simultaneously. Therefore, aim this study was to investigate effect multimodal program function physical in elderly people with disabilities. METHODS The sample consisted 70 randomly appointed control groups (35 for each) A new conducted group 6 months. Evaluation between 1st 24th week included change, mobility, balance walking parameters. RESULTS Exercise better orientation, memory language point than before intervention (P<0.05). Again, total mental test score significantly increased from 18.7±3.5 20.1±3.5 after (P<0.001). People without a disorder 8 11 (P<0.001), while number did change group. Correlation found such as (r=0.81; P<0.001). CONCLUSIONS intense enabled an both loss competences due mobility.
