摘要: Chondral or osteochondral lesions, post-traumatic contracture and loose bodies of the elbow are often associated with chronic pain, stiffness, repetitive swelling joint blockages. Therefore, arthroscopy is used in elderly for treatment defects arthrolysis. There only a few reports studies about arthroscopic therapy children adolescents. This study assesses clinical outcome this age group. In retrospective study, adolescents who underwent an period from 2010 to 2014 were included. The evaluated using validated measures Mayo Elbow Performance Score (MEPS), range motion, pain on visual analog scale (VAS), Oxford (OES), quick dash postoperative satisfaction. Furthermore, all complications analyzed. total, 27 patients mean (range) was 14 (11–17) years, follow-up 45 months. Fourteen (52%) female thirteen (48%) male.
