摘要: Abstract Using Polysulfone (PSF) ultrafiltration (UF) membrane as porous support, a chlorine-tolerant nanofiltration (NF) was prepared by interfacial polymerization of piperazine (PIP) and 2,2'-bis(1-hydroxyl-1-trifluoromethyl-2,2,2-triflutoethyl)-4,4'-methylenedianiline (BHTTM) mixture with trimesoyl chloride (TMC). The XPS, SEM, AFM contact angle methods were employed to characterize the physicochemical properties morphology NF membranes. effects preparation conditions such reaction time, monomers mixing ratio oxidation treatment on performance investigated. salt rejection met order Na 2 SO 4 >MgSO >NaCl, indicating possessed negative surface charge. results showed under optimum exhibited pure water flux (PWF) 79.1 (L/m h) 99.5% 0.6 MPa. optimized post condition treated 3000 ppm NaClO solution for 1 h. best had molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) less than 300 Da, corresponding pore size 1 nm, which calculated from carbohydrates. robustness proven showing satisfactory stability in long time running.
