摘要: We have recently reported preferential modification and reduction in low-density lipoproteins (LDL) of inflammatory exudates the rabbit. In an attempt to establish role cells these specific alterations, using sponge-implanted rabbit model we characterized extravascular animals with severely induced leukopenia. Under conditions were unable demonstrate alterations distribution fluid as compared homologous plasma. Characterization LDL from both plasma fluids revealed close similarity molecular composition electrophoretic mobility. These studies further implicate scavenger cell systems a significant component daily lipoprotein homeostasis.
