摘要: The use of a solid polymer electrolyte in alkaline fuel cells. objective this research was to develop new type cheap anion exchange membranes for polyelectrolyte membrane prepared by grafting quaternary amines (DABCO, TEA) on the epichlorhydrine polymer, consolidated reticulation. Obtained ionic conductivities are over 10−2 S.cm−1, with concentration positive sites few milli-equivalents per gram material. Measured anionic transport numbers greater than 0.90. Membranes, which can absorb 30 50% water, quasi impervious gases such as H2 and 02 operate at temperatures up 120°C. Alkaline cells assembled both types showed good performances. Particular attention devoted membrane-electrode interface.
