摘要: Evidence-based health care practices are available for a number of conditions such as asthma, smoking cessation, heart failure, and management diabetes. However, these not routinely implemented in delivery variations abound. Implementing evidence-based (EBPs) is challenging, difficulties implementing evidence may be largely explained by contextual factors. Thus, strategies needed that address the complexity systems care, individual practitioners, senior leadership, ultimately changing cultures to promote an practice environment. To advance knowledge about promoting sustaining adoption EBPs translation science needs more studies test translating research into (TRIP) interventions; investigate what TRIP interventions work, whom, circumstances, types settings, explain underlying mechanisms effective interventions. According Translation Research Model, innovations, EBPs, influenced nature innovation (e.g., type strength evidence; clinical topic), manner which it communicated (disseminated) members physicians, nurses) social system (organization, nursing profession). This article discusses importance context using this framework guide.
