摘要: Abstract Our previous paper reported that the fetotoxic effects of aspirin (ASA) were enhanced by bacterial endotoxin (LPS), and ASA attributed to its major metabolite, salicylic acid (SA), as indicated high SA concentrations in fetus placenta. In order clarify mechanisms enhancement LPS, serum total protein, albumin free fatty (FFA) levels SA-binding capacity protein investigated pregnant rats. The following results obtained: 1) FFA increased steadily after day 16 pregnancy, decreased gradually 18, pregnancy proceeded full term. 2) LPS injection normal starved rats on 15 pregnancy. 3) Starvation and/or potentiated increase level reduced significantly 4) Serum showing low from LPS-treated recovered when was removed charcoal treatment. These data suggested decrease SA-protein binding FFA, an inhibitor binding, a possible mechanism for potentiation fototoxicities LPS.
