摘要: The degree of sun protection provided by various styles hat at different anatomical sites on the head was measured using model headforms and ultraviolet-sensitive film badges. It found that hats with a small brim, such as flat cap favoured elderly male photosensitive patients, negligible all apart from vertex forehead. Peaked baseball-style caps offer good to nose but are relatively ineffective other face. Hats wide (greater than 7.5 cm) brim necessary in order provide reasonable factors 3) around cheeks.
