摘要: Collagen/nano-hydroxyapatite (collagen/nHA) scaffolds were successfully prepared on carbon/carbon composites as bioactive films using the layer-by-layer coating method. Surface characterizations of collagen/nHA detected by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Compressive strengths evaluated a universal test machine. In vitro biological performances determined seeded with MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts-like cells cultured in mineralization medium for up to 21 days. addition, cellular morphologies several related gene expressions also evaluated. Chemical morphological analysis showed that had uniform pore sizes unified phase composition. Mechanical testing indicated highest compressive strength 50% strain condition when proportion collagen nano-hydroxyapatite was 1:3. Cellular morphology observations cytology tests adhered these proliferated. SEM photographs mineralized newly formed extra matrix (ECM) filled pores after 3-week inducement. Nano-sized apatite particles secreted from combined reconstructed ECM. Collectively, provided C/C biomimetic surface cell adhesion, proliferation matrices formation.
