摘要: The role for protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP-1 in controlling signal transduction by IFN-gamma astrocytes was studied. induced the gamma-activated factor (GAF) within 30 min and GAF subsequently declined 8 h after treatment. However, treatment with presence of inhibitor vanadate blocked decrease activity. increased stability vanadate-treated cultures similarly observed motheaten mice, which specifically lack SHP-1. Prolongation activity coincided expression IFN-inducible transcription factor, IFN-regulatory factor-1 (IRF-1). Increased IRF-1 coincident MHC class I molecules accordance promoter region. These data implicate an important phosphatases, including SHP-1, regulation IFN-gamma-signaling IFN-gamma-inducible genes neural cells.
