摘要: This paper studies the influence of surface effects (including residual stress and elasticity) on nonlinear free vibrations nanoscale plates. The motion equations are derived by using Hamilton’s principle solved numerically. It is found that normalized period plates becomes increasingly significant when thickness plate decreases. More importantly, vibration reduces if initial amplitude increases. tendency more pronounced for Mindlin theory, which includes transverse shear effect In addition, it both positive elasticity increase magnitude velocity.
