摘要: The intraocular pressure (IOP) is an indicator for the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. traditional measurement IOP cannot provide a continuous within 24 hours with compromised functionality in glaucoma diagnosis. This paper presents wireless, passive non-invasive contact lens sensor (CLS) monitoring based on flexible substrate. curvature-sensitive includes inductor two capacitors to form C-L-C resonant circuit, which were embedded parylene C using PDMS as intermediate medium layer. circuit used wireless sensing simplifying bonding step. Compared C, has much lower Young Modulus, enabling quantification curvatures, IOP. To fit human eyeballs, size was designed follows: outer diameter: 12 mm, radius curvature: 8.5 mm. characterized vitro obtain frequency response, results show that linearity R>0.97 sensitivity>9.7 kHz/kPa. can be monitor together reading continuously, without impacting daily life users.
