摘要: It is shown in the present paper that evaporation of edge dislocations form circular steps takes place NaCl crystals by these a high vacuum and temperature region 350–500°C. The distances are regular. This regularity explained means suggested model. model explains also change rate depending upon density dislocations. explanation based on existence an effective charge at emergence point a/2 〈110〉. {110} with surface planes {100}. interacts another one formed faults steps.
