Sublimation of ionic crystals in the presence of an electrical field

摘要: A direct observation of the influence an externally applied electrostatic field on sublimation steps (100) surfaces KCl is reported. Typically, round‐cornered square spirals were found to be distorted into rhombical in presence a field. The results are interpreted terms charged kinks surface.
