摘要: Abstract The ledge structure of alkali halide crystals evaporated in the presence an external field was investigated over range 613–733 K. application a along 〈100〉 during evaporation resulted significant increase relative concentration screw-related lamella on vacuum cleaved (100) surfaces NaCl.
