Local phase-transition behaviour for Fe3+ and Gd3+ in RbCdF3 and RbCaF3 crystals

摘要: In this paper, the local release factor k, which is introduced to characterize or elongation effect of impurity-ligand bond along C-4-axis at cubic-to-tetragonal phase transition, studied for Fe3+ and Gd3+ in RbCdF3 RbCaF3 crystals by analysing EPR data. From studies, it found that, similar rotational order parameter phi, k different from corresponding intrinsic ii,,, host crystal as well impurity impurity. It appears that ion call influence phase-transition behaviour vicinity doped crystals. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
