摘要: The EPR g factors g(parallel to) and g(perpendicular for Ni3+ ion (created by room-temperature X-irradiation of nickel-doped RbCaF3) in the tetragonal phase RbCaF3 crystal are calculated from second-order perturbation formulas based on a cluster approach high-spin 3d(7) ions octahedral clusters. results reasonable agreement with experimental values. local phase-transition behavior impurity center is also estimated calculation. It found that unlike intrinsic one host (in particular, fluorine octahedra surrounding cations change compression to elongation center). discussed.
