Amperometric detection for capillary electrophoresis at a sol–gel carbon composite electrode

摘要: Abstract The application of a newly developed sol–gel carbon composite electrode (CCE) was evaluated for the amperometric detection in capillary electrophoresis (CE). A CCE ca. 150 μm diameter employed as detector wall-jet arrangement. use simple anodic electrochemical pre-treatment at +1.80 V versus SCE 2 min shown to produce an improved and reasonably stable response compared that untreated electrode. Although, enhancement resulting from not permanent, results obtained under CE conditions demonstrated with single suitable applications. Following pre-treatment, sample mixture containing dopamine, catechol, epinephrine norepinephrine separated system. calibration graphs all these neurotransmitters were found be linear range 1–400 μM limit (signal/noise = 3) each neurotransmitter examined
