摘要: In this paper, a wireless hydrogen sensing system using Pd/AlGaN/GaN heterostructure field-effect transistor (HFET) is developed and demonstrated. This HFET device shows good performance, including higher drain current variation (0.17 mA @ 1 ppm ${\rm H}_{2}$ /air gas), fast response speed, superior repeatability behaviors. For the application, readout circuit designed to display value of concentration. Then, these data are fed into single chip microprocessor for later processing transmission. addition, grey polynomial differential model algorithm employed significantly reduce redundant alleviate transmission load. The monitoring concentration in remote site longer than 50 m distance successfully From experimental results, proposed advantages high easy operation, low cost, portability, effective
