摘要: Abstract Folic acid conjugated Bovine serum albumin-calcium ferrite nanohybrid has been synthesized and evaluated as a pH magnetic field sensitive targeted drug delivery system for hydrophobic anticancer drugs. The receptor-targeted carrier was designed with smaller particle size, better stability, susceptibility. natural cytotoxic drugs (hesperidin eugenol) were encapsulated in the folic targeting folate receptor over-expressed breast cancer cells. A maximum encapsulation efficiency of 62.94% 85.58% optimized hesperidin eugenol. loading efficiency, stimuli responsive release, release kinetics bioactivity in-vitro, controlled delivery. exhibited pH-responsive good stability at normal higher under acidic conditions, which can be utilized site-specific presence superparamagnetic calcium nanoparticles enabled an effective accelerated external field. systems found to highly biocompatible towards L929 cells. cell viability studies on MCF-7 cell lines enhanced cytotoxicity eugenol 20–30 fold reduction IC50 values, when BSA-calcium carrier, resulting from selective interaction receptors
