摘要: In this paper, the conventional Metco130 coatings, and two kinds of nanostructured coatings (NP NS coatings) were fabricated by plasma spray with different feed powders. The evaluated indentation, scratch three body abrasive wear tests. NP coating sprayed densified powder had highest hardness, crack growth resistance resistance. Test results exhibited that greatly improved compared coatings. was about times failure mode in tests mechanism also discussed.
