摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline Cr–C layers with excellent anti-wear performance were prepared by electrodeposition in Cr3+ bath and subsequent annealing. X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that the crystalline structure of layer changed from amorphous to nanocrystalline when annealing was conducted. The hardness, Young's modulus wear rate measured. results indicate 400 °C-annealed exhibits a high ratio hardness resistance. resistance can be attributed proper compromising toughness. friction tests reveal coefficient depends on counterpart. Comparing friction, no obvious connection found between them.
