摘要: This article seeks to analyse the rise of ‘resilience ethics’, in terms shift ethical approaches away from hierarchical liberal internationalist constructions 1990s and towards broader more inclusive understandings responsibility for global problems. attention formal international politics inter-state relations unintended consequences both institutional structures informal market choices individuals has diversified responsibilities.
