摘要: Interactions between paclitaxel and its squalenoyl prodrug with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) monolayer at the air/water interface were studied. Paclitaxel is an antineoplastic drug, largely used as anti-cancer agents. Because low aqueous solubility, Cremophor EL excipient for formulation. However, it has been shown that causes serious side effects. Several attempts have made to develop a safer formulation such synthesis of lipophilic prodrug. In particular we synthesized obtained by conjugation 1,1,2-trisnorsqualenoic acid improve physico-chemical properties this drug. The miscibility these compounds DMPC studied analyzing thermodynamic well excess Gibbs free energies, compressibility modulus mixed isotherms. results allowed evaluate spatial organization suggested can efficiently be incorporated in monolayer.
