摘要: One factor which has contributed to a recent surge in interest xenotransplantation is the development of transgenic animals for use as xenotransplant donors. The these not only reflects certain measure technical advance, it also results from rapid expansion basic knowledge about molecular hurdles organs lower mammals into humans [1]. This chapter will review some ways genetic engineering can address immunologic and doing so further extend knowledge.
