摘要: Abstract Reinvestigations of the murine immune responses against poly(Glu 60 Lys 40 ) and its derivatives modified with covalently linked amino acids indicated that they all could be immunogenic at high concentrations in inbred strains. In contrast restricted responsiveness was noted terpolymers as follows: to 55 37 Leu 8 mice H-2 a,d,k haplotypes, 56 Ser 7 a,k haplotypes. It is hypothesized increased hydrophobicity GL can lead combining constants antigen-specific T-cell receptor (V H -Ia complexes?) which may responsible for enhanced immunogenicity positive vitro proliferative detected GL(T) 4.7 . A similar hypothesis involving reactions V idiotypes on T cells advanced account some known unique strain distribution patterns glu lys containing limited amounts a third α-amino acid.
