Enhanced microwave absorption property of Fe3O4/CaCu3−xMgxTi4−ySnyO12(0≤ x, y ≤1)/graphene oxide nanocomposites in epoxy vinyl ester resin

摘要: In this study, CaCu3Ti4O12, CaCu2MgTi4O12, CaCu3Ti3.5Sn0.5O12 (CCTO) and Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized characterized by XRD SEM. Then, the nanocomposites containing different types content of CCTO, grapheme oxide in epoxy vinyl ester resin prepared microwave absorption property was investigated. The type graphene optimized Taguchi method to obtain nanocomposite with higher efficiency. efficiency obtained optimal condition including 3 wt% 1 wt% 2 wt% oxide. reflection loss for less than −30 dB (absorption ~99, 9%). great values dielectric magnetic indicated ability arises from effective combination dielectric–magnetic mechanisms.
