摘要: Connected health tools, including mobile phones, incorporate various functions that capture events, direct actions, and make informed decisions based on complex sources of data. health, a term recently proposed by some academics industry, refers to the development, testing, integration smart technology tools into care. Through these means, connected creates interconnectivity across environments, profoundly changing way we learn, self-regulate, communicate with one another. In care, phones enable more precise diagnostics, personalized recommendations enhance patient experiences outcomes while containing care costs. However, for achieve its full potential, issues must be addressed pertaining active engagement in use, privacy, security, quality, as well development evidence-based guidelines. This commentary discusses key challenges explores promise specifically eHealth mHealth. Anchored within context cancer, authors' area expertise, ideas put forward can readily applied other health-related disciplines.
