摘要: Direct, in situ detection of gas phase formaldehyde (HCHO) via laser induced fluorescence a White-type multipass cell is demonstrated with (3sigma) limit approximately 0.051 parts per billion by volume 1 s sampling time. Calibration performed two ways: using permeation tubes and air bubbled through an aqueous solution HCHO. The concentration HCHO output from the bubbler measured cavity ring-down spectroscopy. Measurement ambient carried out at University Wisconsin, Madison for period several days.
