Double-Donor-Acceptor Pair Lines and the Chemical Identification of the I 1 Lines in CdS

摘要: We report a new type of pair-line spectrum, namely, the recombination double neutral donor with shallow acceptor. An isotope shift in this spectrum proves that acceptor is lithium. This identification, together results chemical doping experiments, provides strong evidence ${I}_{1}$ lines CdS are due to Li and Na.
