摘要: Abstracts A novel twinning platelets strengthened TiC–Ni 2 AlTi composite was designed and fabricated by an in situ reactive hot-pressing method of blended Ti 3 AlC Ni powders. Upon de-intercalation Al from nanolaminated upon heating, TiC with width submicrometer size were introduced. The obtained exhibits excellent wear resistance, high flexural strength, moderate fracture toughness Vickers hardness. Unexpectedly, the strength increases temperature rising 500 to 800 °C, reaching a maximum 936 MPa at thereby benefiting application as cutting tools.
