摘要: To evaluate health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients different stages chronic kidney disease (CKD) up to initiation dialysis treatment and explore possible correlating influencing factors. Cross-sectional design with 535 CKD 2–5 55 controls assessed for HRQoL through SF-36 together biomarkers. All dimensions deteriorated significantly the lowest scores 5. The largest differences between patient groups were seen ‘physical functioning’, ‘role physical’, ‘general health’ physical summary (PCS). smallest disparities mental health pain. Patients 2–3 showed decreased compared matched controls, large magnitude - effect size (ES) ≥ .80 PCS. CDK 4 demonstrated a function’, PCS 2–3. 5 medium sized (ES 0.5 – 0.79) emotional’ 4. Glomerular filtration rate <45 ml/min/1.73 m², age ≥ 61 years, cardiovascular (CVD), diabetes, C-reactive protein (CRP) ≥5 mg/L, haemoglobin ≤110 g/L, p-albumin ≤ 35 g/L overweight associated impaired HRQoL. CRP CVD most important predictors HRQoL, followed by reduced GFR diabetes. Having implies also earlier disease. At time is substantially deteriorated. Co-existing conditions, such as inflammation seem be powerful CKD. Within routine renal care, strategies improve function well-being considering management co-existing conditions like need developed.
