摘要: A simple separation method involving isocratic elution and a selective postcolumn derivatization chemical oxidation followed by fluorescence reaction are described regarding simultaneous high performance liquid chromatographic determination of catecholamines (three species) their precursor (one metabolites (nine species, all in the free form). These compounds, isoproterenol 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylpropanoic acid, separated ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography using mixture citrate buffer (pH 2.5) containing sodium octanesulfonate methanol; they then oxidized with periodate to corresponding o-quinones, which converted into fluorescent derivatives reactions meso 1, 2-diphenylethylenediamine. The detection limits (S/N=3, on column) vary from 15 570fmol, depending compounds.
