摘要: Abstract A highly specific and sensitive automated high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of catecholamines (CAs; norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine) their 3- O -methyl metabolites (normetanephrine, metanephrine, 3-methoxytyramine) is described. Automated precolumn ion-exchange extraction diluted plasma coupled with HPLC separation CAs on an ODS column, postcolumn coulometric oxidation, fluorescence derivatization ethylenediamine, finally peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reaction detection. The detection limits were about 3 fmol dopamine, 5 normetanephrine, 10 metanephrine 3-methoxytyramine (signal-to-noise ratio 3). Fifty microliters rat was used 4-methoxytyramine employed as internal standard. relative standard deviations ( n = 5) 2.5–7.6% intraday assay 6.3–9.1% interday assay. applicable to normetanephrine in 50 μl plasma.
