摘要: ABSTRACT CHITOSAN ON THE POSTHARVEST CONTROL OF SOFT ROT IN ‘RAMA FORTE’ PERSIMMONThe objective of this research was to evaluate the effect chitosan in addition de-astringency process on control Rhizopus stolonifer ‘Rama Forte’ persimmon and vitro mycelial growth. Persimmon were submitted using CO 2 (70% / 18 h), hermetic chambers.
