Nasal aspirates from infections under 15 yr old between December 2003 and February 2005 were included study. Each sample analyzed for RSV, adenovirus, influenza A B, parainfluenza by indirect fluorescent assay (IFA). F-gene sequences used PCR detection sequencing hMPV. In total 381 samples, negative samples any viral pathogen could not be identified IFA 231 cases. detected using reverse transcriptase-PCR (RT-PCR) 28 (12.1%) who infected another viruses. hMPV-infected diagnosed as having pneumonia, bronchiolitis, bronchial asthma exacerbation, croup, upper Most RT-PCR positive collected winter season.
