摘要: Neurological soft signs and neuropsychological (NP) impairments are prevalent in schizophrenic patients. However, the relationship of these deficits is rarely studied, it remains controversial what way influence NP performance. The Evaluation Scale (NES) a comprehensive test battery were used to assess cognitive functions 61 first-episode included tests such as California Verbal Learning Test, Continuous Performance Span Apprehension Stroop Color-Word Trail-Making Test Wisconsin Card Sorting Test. also administered 87 healthy controls. patients split along median their NES total score (SS- vs. SS+). level performance differences relative (shape profile) on between two groups assessed. SS+) did not differ any demographic or clinical variable. they differed (profile mean) but show differential shape). Neurologic correlated generalized deficit rather than specific functions.
