摘要: Trust in government has been shown to be volatile recent years and Internet transparency is seen as a solution strengthen trust. However, critics argue that will only lead less trust, sceptics say it no effect at all. This debate on lacking empirical information, therefore central this article what extent influences Three dimensions of trust are distinguished: the competence, benevolence honesty agency question.
